Preorder Guidelines

The entire item pictures are provided by supplier.
The information of the items also provide by supplier.
Preorder items are not refundable or exchangeable for any reason below:

· Dirty Mark

· Slowing

· See through

· Quality problem

· Color problem

· Don’t like it.

If you received wrong item or wrong color, you can request for exchange.

Please don’t negotiate the price with us, since we already set the lower price for you.

How to make order:
Always email ur at dressingbox@hotmail.com of your order by indicated:

1. FULL NAME
2. MAILING ADDRESS
3. PAGE, PRODUCT CODE (e.g. A,B,C....)& COLOUR
4. PHONE NO (if possible)

We will confirm your order within 24 hours.

Please make your full payment or 50% of total amount within 3 days once we confirm your order. ( Note: Total payment = item price + postage )

Once make your payment, please inform us through email, msn or sms along with your name, total amount and date. And please keep payment resit for reference if needed.

Please don’t cancel your order once you have make your payment, money are not refundable.

Another 50% we will contact you to bank in once we receive items.

Preorder items need wait around 3-4weeks to reach us(start from the Preroder Closed Day); please don’t make order if you can’t wait.

Please don’t keep asking us about the stocks status, we will update u at the notice board.

Any item not available, we will credit to your account (or refund), can use for your next purchase.

** Order from customers will made with supplier once the preorder close, after preorder close, stocks will reach us 3-4 weeks.
